- $600,000 ANNUAL SAVINGS
THE CHALLENGE:
A specialty retailer with over 4,000 locations wanted to reduce on-site service cost and downtime when experiencing CCTV equipment failure.THE SOLUTION:
After replacing, the failed item would be returned to our Repair Center for evaluation. If economical to repair the item would be serviced, warehoused and sent out when a replacement was needed. Over 70% of failed items were economically repaired and Cap Ex cost reduced $600,000 from the previous year. Downtime was reduced by 86% by having an inventory of repaired equipment available to ship. - OBSOLETE MODEL REPAIR
